Erika is passionate about helping the hard of hearing and providing the highest quality of client care. She has over 26 years of experience fitting and dispensing hearing aids.
She enjoyed a wonderful 20-year career with Starkey Hearing Technologies, one of the largest hearing aid manufacturers in the world. During that time, she had the opportunity to travel the country, exploring many aspects of the hearing health industry. During her years at Starkey Hearing Technologies, Erika received numerous awards for her service and dedication to the hearing industry. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Hearing Aid Association.
Just prior to joining Heart of Texas Hearing Center, she spent 18 months in a very busy, private practice audiology clinic in Abilene. She quickly became addicted to helping patients reconnect to life through better hearing.
After traveling for her job for many years, relocating to West Texas has allowed Erika to stay closer to home to spend more time with her family. She and her husband Bryan have two adult children Nathan and Zachary. Erika also enjoys spending time with friends and family attending live music events in the surrounding area. She also enjoys camping and practicing yoga.

Krystal Kent began her nursing career after earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Texas Tech University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
After 5 years of caring for patients, in intensive care units and post-operative care units, she returned to school to graduate from Texas Tech University with her master’s degree in nursing. Krystal is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Brandi Jackson, RN
Has worked in Labor and Delivery and Nursery at Hendrick Medical Center for 12 years and has been at Pure image 1 1/2 years. 5 kids 2 grands.
I enjoy being on the lake with friends. I absolutely love both of my jobs. I am able to see the beauty of a woman giving birth, as well as helping people feel beautiful and comfortable in their own skin. I thank God for His many blessings.

Samantha Mckenzie goes by “Sam” to all her patients and friends. As a medical assistant with Central Texas ENT for almost 15 years, Sam has the opportunity to help people.
She is attentive to the needs of the people she welcomes into the office. Sam assists with the allergy shots, clinical procedures and does lots of paperwork and phone calls. She understands the people that walk through the front doors, are actually the ones she truly works for. Sam tries to answer your questions, if she doesn’t know she will find out for you.
Sam is married and has a wonderful but crazy family. She enjoys doing things with the grandkids. It really doesn’t matter what they do, they have a blast. It actually makes her feel young; although the body says “not so fast.” They are growing up so fast though.

She and her husband George plan their free time around the activities and sports that their grandchildren participate in.
She is an avid crafter and enjoys trying new things.
